Model is losing texture at a distance. Model issue or skin issue?

So i  am designing a BCSO skin for a new charger I was going to use, but I am seeing it loses skin detail at a distance and wondering if it is a model issue or something else.

 

i did the best I could to point out the errors. Just follow the red lines lol

    Does this happen with the skin from the original model. If so, then it is an issue with the model and you should ask the creator. If not, it is probably your skin.
