Hello everyone. I like vanilla cars, but they don't support ELS mod, and I can't find settings for their compatibility. Maybe there is somewhere a vanilla model with the support of ELS, and I just have not found them? Or maybe someone did for themselves and can share with me?

i tried looking for it for you because i remembered it. most i could find was an els vanilla bike. i don't get whats so good about els anyway, i don't use it but i hear there are ways to get non els cars to work with it.

I tried to use these files, but the functions remain standard, so in fact they are useless.

 

ELS is necessary for RP, for example: when you have a code 2 call or you transport a suspect to a police station, you turn on the lights and the drivers let you through. But with code 2, they shouldn't do that, although you have the right to break traffic rules. Or when you stop traffic and sit in a vehicle, drivers can also stop, although they shouldn't. ELS fixes this by adding 3 modes of lights.

By default, vanilla vehicles will never be ELS.  You can give them an ELS VCF to get the basic siren functionality, but that's it.  The vehicle has to be made specifically for ELS in order to get all the functionality (code 2, takedowns, patterns etc).  Meaning, if you want the vanilla LSPD vehicles to have ELS functionality, you need to put in a request that someone make an ELS vanilla pack.

After reading your comment to me came one idea. What if just copy the code 3 settings for code 2. Then can remove the code 1 from the settings and just get what I need. This should definitely work. I just don't know how to do it.

If the vehicle is not ELS enabled, nothing will work to make it ELS or have that functionality.

Maybe on LSPDFR duplicate the item "lights" and change the values of "Skip player" and "Siren(Horn)" to none? Again, I don't know how to do that...

aaaaand? perhaps i had the wrong name, i don't remember the exact mod that had the vanilla els cars but that should be the one.
