I'm brand new to the PC gaming world. I've been watching LSPDFR videos on Youtube for years now and always wanted to get it and I finally got a really good deal on a PC so I decided to get it. I'm new to LSPDFR in its vanilla form and I'm super interested in adding additional vehicles, textures, sounds, well mods in general. I've been reading for what feels like days but I'm hoping someone may be willing to Skype with me and actually walk me through some of this. I've tried following a few different tutorials but everyone seems to do it aa little different and I've broken my game like 3 times now. Anyone interested in helping me out?

for the first step for modding GTA V, I suggest to download and install OpenIV first.

then you can try to replace existing police vehicle (e..g POLICE model) with the one you can find from this site.

 

I suggest non-ELS vehicle pack 

 

 

try one vehicle first. From there you can try other ELS packs when you have ELS plugin installed.
