The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Yup that's the right file.

    The LSPDFR devs have acknowledged this error and fix is coming out in 1-2 days. You may refer to this thread as the lead developer has replied to this and the guy has the same issue as yours it seems.
