Kind of self explanatory, sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking. So I have downloaded the San Andreas Highway Patrol Mega pack and it's basically a pack of vehicles that is meant to be added to the game and not meant to replace any existing vehicles. I was wondering if there was a way to extract the vehicles out of the dlc.rpf file without actually installing it into the game first so I can replace the desired models at my choosing. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm quite new to modding gta 5. Thanks for any information in advance

Create a new folder in dlcpacks in your mods folder. place the dlc.rpf in said folder, work your way to the vehicles.rpf list. Then highlight the units you want and move them to your desktop, rename, and move them to the location you normally drop vehicles. 

 

You can then delete the new folder you created to rip them from.
