The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

How do I get Aldo’s Mods  to work??? I downloaded a new GTA5 file from Steam then downloaded LSPDFR 0.4.2 and it worked great but when I add Arrest Manager , Traffic Policer and then LSPDFR+ it crashes every time... I tried the troubleshooter download but no matter what I do it will not automatically fix the 2 errors as it says “ it doesn’t have File Permission”...
