US top gear are replaying their newest episode to decide the crown victoria's next replacement

Such a shame that show is awful. I prefer the British version as I do with most US remakes, why can't good British shows be left alone? It obvious the re-made versions don't work out.

Take the IT Crowd, a brilliant British show. Had one episode in the US and was cancelled because it had low ratings, same goes for the upcoming US Inbetweeners.

Also Life on Mars, oh dear. I sort of liked the US version though, even if British one was obviously superior. Ending in the US version just ruined it all.

I like the american version too, for variating. I'm a bit tired of the european cars of the original Top Gear. The american version guys has done some cool challenges too, I loved for example the 76 Coupe Deville jumping over the mounds or the episode of Alaska. I hope the new season is released soon where I live :turned:

i havent seen the british version so i have to go with the US version. i like it. and for those who didnt see,

challenge #1 accelerating 0-100 then 100-0 in the shortest distance

1st Place ~ INTERCEPTOR

2nd Place ~ Charger

challenge #2 ; tear gas withstand ( last 5 minutes in the car with tear gas outside in sealed environment )

1st & 2nd ~ INTERCEPTOR & CHARGER

challenge #3 ; obsticle course (east 2 donuts wile doing donuts, have pro shooter shoot targets at speed, 180 reverse turn)

1st ~ CAPRICE (ate all donuts, got 3 targets)

2nd ~ INTERCEPTOR (penalized for not hitting 1 target)

3rd ~ CHARGER ( penalized for not eating both donuts )

WINNER... INTERCEPTOR

The challenges were stupid except for the first one, I'm not surprised to see the new Ford PI win. The tear gas challenge was irrelevant, since when do cops sit in a room full of tear gas in their car? The last one was just stupid, you never shoot out of your car window, none-the-less with an automatic weapon.
