Rage Hook Plugin & GTA Fail to Load Right After "Lauching Game"

Featured Replies

Ok so I haven't hopped on LSPDFR or GTA since May 23(ish), and there were no problems whatsoever. Today I decided to just hop on to play one last time with my skins before I switch them to a different agency. When I started up Rage Hook, Steam for some reason didn't start. Attempted this a couple times before I just reset/restarted my computer.

After a quick reset, Steam loads up. However, it only got to the black screen RIGHT BEFORE the loading screen actually began (the glass breaking), before it just quit on me with the default "...quit expectantly" screen. I tried restarting Rage Hook as administrator, and I got the same results. Finally I tested to see if GTA V would start up by itself on Steam without any issues. This yielded the exact same results. I tested it again as administrator, and same results.

I haven't added ANY new mods since the last time I was on. I updated Rage Hook to the LATEST/NEWEST version, and I went ahead and updated my PeterUCallouts as it was recently updated.

This is the most recent RPH Log I have:

However, I do recall turning off anti-virus in the past when I first downloaded LSPDFR, and was met with the notification (the red circle with an X)  in the bottom right corner, advising me that it was disabled. I also just uninstalled a video recorder (that I thought was installed incorrectly), and I uninstalled WinRAR's system clean up/scanner thingie.
