The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

post screenshots of your main gta 5 directory.

 

if you have a rph log file (possible not, rph is not hooking), post it. it's also in main directory, called ragepluginhook.log.

 

what lspdfr and rph version do you have?

does your gta start without rph and lspdfr?
