August 13, 201213 yr ELS is not anything LCPD:FR related. J will toggle your Primary Lights K will toggle your directional bar/secondary Lights L will toggle your Take Down's Alt+M will bring up the info Panel Make sure you are using a Police Car that is ELS compatible otherwise it will not work.
