Hi, this is my first time installing a mod for GTA V.

I've installed the LSPDFR 0.4 mod and tried to run it. However, I keep getting the error message which says Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.
 

I've tried to run the ragepluginhook with administrator powers and disable my anti virus (Mcafee)

Is there anything else I can do?

Do a exception in your firewall for RPH and GTA.

I've done this but it still gives me the error or just brings me to vanilla single player.

Then disable your antivirus.

Alright, looks like I got it by disabling my firewall and using adminstrator permissions when running rage.
