Car I made not working right, please help!

So this morning I just finished making a CVPI based off the LASD. Since this is my first time using ZModeler3, I watched tutorials online to guide me. I finished the car and made the .yft and _hi.yft files, then the .ytd, imported all my textures, and everything looked fine in OpenIV. I spawn the car in game and this is what I get. The car is obviously...broken, to say the least, and the ELS is not working at all despite me doing the extras in the way I thought I was supposed to. If I could get some help I would really appreciate it, as I'm currently lost.

EDIT: Fixed the ELS lights, just moved the extras in the ZM3 in front of dials and they work perfect now. Rest of the car is still kaput.
