I've seen First30Minutes change his Ambulance siren etc in his gta 5 but I don't know how I am supposed to change the siren for the els ambulance/firetruck/sheriff suv/fbi cars. Can someone help me and not leave this topic left alone?

While using els all cars have the same sirens, so you can’t make them have different ones. If using a non els vehicle each police slot can have different sirens. To change the siren you need to download openiv and a siren pack. In open iv, go to x64, update, sfx, resident.rpf. In resident.rpf there right click and hit import to open formats and select the vehicles.oac that the pack contains. Just press ok and everything and the siren should be in the game. There are many tutorials online showing you how to do it. Hope this helped:)

Well you can change some sirens nowadays. I have different sirens for fbi, police, ambulance and I sacrificed Firetruk to give my CHP-cars their distinctive siren. All els of course.
