The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It sometimes happens that the LSPDFR menu in the GTAV pause menu bug, and can start charging infinitely or display a GTAV skill menu.

This is what RPH displays during this problem :
