Vocal Dispatch Not Loading

Featured Replies

I downloaded VocalDispatch today but when I go on duty it says it couldn't load and tells me to check the log file. When I check the log file I saw this:

[5/30/2019 2:38:48 PM.804] LSPD First Response: VocalDispatch: Encountered an exception. It was: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I researched it and I couldn't find a solution.I did download en-US language pack.

@Yaman2233 In the VocalDispatch.ini file in the plugins/lspdfr folder there is a line at the top with Locale="en-US" at the top by default. This is the language used by vocal dispatch. This needs to be set to the same language as your operating sytem due to vocal dispatch using the inbuilt windows speech recognition to work.

I know for certain that it supports en-US (American) and en-GB (British) but i believe for other languages you have to manually translate certain files, something i've never looked into so couldn't assist with.

If possible can you install either the american or British language pack for windows and set it to your default operating system language and then set the language in the vocal dispatch file to the same?
