Why am I keep getting an error?

I've literally been trying to figure this out for like 4 whole hours yesterday and just now another hour but I just don't seem to figure it out. I'm new to the whole modding scene and got bored of playing online so I thought I would start something different and LSPDFR came in my mind. I'm honestly frustrated with keep copying those 60 gigs of space, deleting, copying, deleting and copying again from my backup folder like I'm sick of it... I installed LSPDFR manually, I installed Rage plugin hook manually and it worked perfectly fine. But now, I installed Scripthook V, Scripthook V DOT Net and Native UI. Is it possible that Native UI is causing it? Because when I seem to make ONE small mistake, as example installing Native UI in this case, I have to delete the whole folder to make it even work. Because GTA somehow isn't satisfied with me just uninstalling Native UI and the scripthooks v, v dot net, hook dot whatever, hook dot here, hook dot there like it actually wants me to delete the whole folder just so I install it again, just to uninstall it again and this, I have been doing for 3 times, at least. I'm desperate looking for help, I'm cursed
