The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When yes, it´s a bug of LSPDFR. You can do nothing, well only disable ambient spawns.

 

When not, there is something wrong with the vehicle.

Ja, das habe ich mir auch schon gedacht.

Nun, spawnen kann ich das Auto mit F4.

Ich muss das Fahrzeug wahrscheinlich einfach rausnehmen.

    If you can spawn the vehicle via console you don´t need to take it out. It is a bug of LSPDFR. Could happen with every other model too.

    The only thing you can do is disable ambient spawns. But then you don´t have another police driving around.
