LSPDFR Absent from Game Despite Loading from RPH

Hi Team,

Firstly, my thanks to the entire development team for the effort they have put in to build such a realistic/fun mod to GTA5.

I am unfortunately having some trouble getting this started - any help will be much appreciated.

I have read all the stickies, and also fulfil the 2 conditions set by Sam - installed on a fresh copy of GTA 5, and did not have 0.3 previously installed.

I have downloaded all the install files - placed them in the operating folder. Also placed latest RPH there.

Loaded RPH, disabled text rendering and ticked 'load all plugins on startup' button. Click save and launch and then game starts up.

However, game then launches and brings me to the main screen instead of straight to game. I click story mode and load up but does not seem that LSPDFR/RPH is running as F4 brings up nothing and I cannot see police stations on map.

I then quit and then check RPH and see that the 'load all plugins on startup' is now unchecked.. and don't load plugins is checked.

I repeat the process of changing this to 'loading all plugins' and then saving and launching but hit a dead end every time and game just launches into main screen again with LSPDFR/RPH not running. RPH keeps reverting the plugins loading option to 'don't load plugins' everytime I check after being unsuccessful and quitting, despite me changing it to 'load all plugins on startup' and saving and launching.

Steps I have tried:

I have tried uninstalling/re-installing LSPDFR/RPH countless times to no avail.

Tried uninstalling everything and re-installing using manual install but that does not work either.

I have attached a log here for those familiar with what it means... I don't understand it unfortunately.

Any experts willing to shed some advice?
