failed to find outfit bcso then Lspdfr crash

Whenever i start LSPDFR and go on duty, it crashes and in the ragehook menu is says "failed to find outfit bcso" 

 

is there a way to fix this? It was working perfectly last night and when i tried to play today it wouldn't work. I've reinstalled everything pertaining to EUP
