lspdfr dll has crahsed

hi guys can anyone help me with this issue i just reinstalled my gta 5 on steam freshly and i installed some addons like els sEbi3 untitled callouts and a lapd car and a fs smartsiren i keep getting these types of issues all the time and i just get really fed up with it please help me as soon as anyone can thanks from nypd1999 and i will post a link to my rph log below                   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b1SvnEKzv9KxopSp45hmxO5R1s1hjpnF/view?usp=sharing and

Please post a screenshot of your GTA folder, of your Plugins-folder, the ldfr-folder inside plugins and the lspdfr folder inside GTA-folder.

Please rename your modfolder to mods2. Then try again and report back (with acutal log) what happened.
