Red and blue blip circles my position on map and i lose control

I'm driving a downloaded mod cop car, Doesnt matter which one because its happening to all of them now when it didnt before. All of a sudden on my location on the map my position is red and blue (like in reg GTA showing where a cop is) and there is an arrow spinning around it. The car takes over itself and drives straight usually crashing into something of course and stops. I (the ped) gets out of the car and stands there. I cant control anything at all.
