Is there a manual to all the commands for the mod? The hint and tricks thread helped me on a few things but still want to know more commands. Like selecting siren modes.

Also I dont know what happened but after I got done with a pursuit, I saw a guy beating up someone else and when I tried to arrest him but he ran. I tired to use the alt r key to tell to stop but I guess I couldnt since he was running. he just ran, no mission start or anything then as I round the corner after him he poofs lol.

Well if you can help me, I appreciate it.
