The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm sure that there is something dumb that I'm doing wrong, but I have not been able to figure out what that is.  The problem I'm having is that once I have a suspect in custody and cuffed, how do I get them into the back of my vehicle.  I'm using the base LSPDFR 0.4 at the moment.
