The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

As title says, there's no crash reports either for some reason. I can launch the game completely fine but the moment I launch rage plugin hook it just instantly crashes to desktop

    not really maybe you can recognise some stuff that wasn't  there before like x64 but not really some mods include another oiv file to remove the mod.

    You can open the OIV with WinRar. Then just open the assembly xml. There is every path and filse describe which hast to be replaced or create. Just make sure, that you don´t delete file which replaces and older one. It´s difficutl, but possible
