Plugins/Scripts not loading in

Is anybody having as many issues as I have been? An hour ago my plugins/scripts were loading just fine. Played all yesterday, etc. I did all trouble shooting I could find on the internet and reinstalled both GTA and LSPDFR. LSPDFR loads, but my plugins do not? Common issue with this new update thats just effecting me?

That isn´t your game folder.

 Also your log says game folder has no plugins. Seems like you installed it to wrong place

Thanks man, let me try to correct the problem. As you can tell, im not the best with computers and or modding
