Rage Hook Crashes GTA

I have not played LSPDFR in a few months. I came back and it's updated to 0.4. I reinstalled GTA again and downloaded LSPDFR and Rage Hook. The game window opens and Rage Hook says "enjoy" then GTA crashes and says please retry or enter safe mode. Not sure what to do I tried everything!

Depends on your software. You should read the manual/help or search on the Internet for it.
