The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello! I am still fairly new to modding as what I have mostly installed is scripts and player models. I am not using ELS and I am attempting to install custom car sirens for some vehicles I have found using Modding Pack DLC or whatever its called. I am unsure as to where to place this carcols.meta, can someone please guide as to where to place it?
