So when 4.0 first came out it worked fine now with the new updates and fixes I'm am unable to even launch the game using Rage some help would be great.

 

I have tried everything I can see on the forms with no luck.

Do you tried to start GTA without RPH?

yea and I found that the normal rage is having problems so I installed the RPH for developers
