I am not sure if it has been mentioned before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything on it.

 

Without ELS When you do a traffic stop, at some point you get a message IF THE SUSPECT IS TAKING LONG TO PULL OVER, PRESS L (CONTROLLER) TO USE THE MEGAPHONE this works as expected and the suspect will pull over.

 

Using ELS 1.05, when this message pops up, I press L as before when I wasn't using ELS and all my officer does is hold down the airhorn (obviously because it is mapped to L) but the suspect proceeds to take his sweet A** time to pull over. somewhere ELS is not interfering with you being able to essentially megaphone the suspect to stop the car quicker in a traffic stop.
