Cannot solve LSPDFR & LSPDFR+ Key Conflict!

Featured Replies

Hello,

I've been trying to fix this issue for a long time. Fresh copy of the game, bought yesterday, new laptop. The keys keep conflicting.

What happens: Everything seems to work perfectly but when I pull over a car and I go next to it and ask for the suspect to step out of their vehicle, when they are outside I can no longer interact with them. It says something like "Press    to interact with the suspect". Like there's an invisible key. Tried to configure it in-game and in the key.ini files but no luck. Can someone help me? It's really frustrating.

Hi there,

Looking at your second image you haven't assigned a key to TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT which would explain the problem. Try setting this to E and see if it works now.

"And maybe remind the few,

if ill of us they speak,
That we are all that stands,

between the monsters and the weak"

Don´t do this! Then LSPDFR+ will not bring up the traffic stop menu properly.

Do you tried holding E/DpadRight on the pad for longer time after he steps out?

@Vaultcop  You need to set TrafficStopInteract to None. Otherwise both menus will appear and overlap. TrafficStopInteract is also only for peds in a car. Just for your Info 🙂

I wasn't aware of that, thank you 🙂

Thank you for the replies. There seems to be a bug with the mod, whenever you have LSFDR+ and you tell someone to step out of their vehicle you can no longer interact with them. You have to use CTRL+H. Nevertheless, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled a clean copy.

Can you help me with this exact issue?  Right now, when the ped is still in the car, and I press "E", I get both the STP menu and the LSPDFR menu on top of one another.  How do I change the keybinding for LSPDFR to not conflict with STP, which seems like a better option to use anyway over the native LSPDFR interface.  Thanks.
