Locating suspects after losing them.

In LSPDFR 0.4 - The Technology (https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/83788-lspdfr-04-the-technology/) you can see a suspects car burned down after the officers lost him in a chase. I haven't experienced anything like this yet. Is this only possible when you lose them and you're searching or is it also possible that after the pursuit got terminated and you're just patrolling that you can eventually find the wreck?

This is possible to encounter, but it is very rare. We hope to include more scenarios like this in the future to make it more likely to encounter them.
