Ok so before I post my problem I wanted to let you guys know that I have everything required

Such as a legit version of GTA the latest patch framework 4.0 etc

So when I am a cop and I drive in a cop car behind another car then I sometimes press Numpad 1 (The button to ask someone to pull over)

Then nothing happens so I thought it could be the sirens that need to be on so I did that and still they don't pull over

Its the same when I press numpad 7 (The button to ask someone to get out of the vehicle) They just keep driving ignoring me
