Have you already gone on duty via a police station and created your character?

His log says no. Thats why it crasheD

AT first time you need to go to a police station first, create a character and go on duty. Next time you play the game, you can use Force duty.

LSPDFR isnt loading, when I am on GTA there aRagePluginHook.logre no police stations i can go to

Because LSPDFR crashed. Please delete the Plugin-folder, your EUP (if you do not have a backup just renamed your mods-folder to mods2), download LSPDFR Manual install again and drag only the LSPDFR and Plugins folder in your GTA 5 Main folder.
