The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I did a clean installation of LSPDFR today and everything seems to work besides the fact that I can not open the console and I can not enter the PD or the garage (it seems like LSPDFR is only 50 % working)

Does anything happen when you press the F4 key? If not, go to RAGE settings and Force Windowed Mode launch and Force DirectX11 and that should work... wait until you get in game then you can go into fullscreen and the console should come up... that's what I had to do and it worked. I have trouble getting RAGE to hook when I launch with it as well and the game crashes so I launch the game then when it gets to the sirens splash screen I load RAGE and it hooks the game okay.
