What are the proper channels for reporting RPH issues?

Hey, I am was encountering a QoL issue with Rage Plugin Hook and I'm looking for the proper channels to report it. I looked on the RPH website but the FAQ didn't have anything listed, the documentation was technical documentation and not anything that would be of use to me. I tried the forums link in the RPH readme, but that went into a 404, and none of the channels visible on the discord widget on the website looked like they were text channels (and I'd rather not join a Discord for the sheer purpose of reporting an issue anyway; in my experience issue reports in Discord chats tend to get buried quickly).

Anyone have any idea?

Edit: I should point out that I was able to resolve the issue, but I'm still looking for the proper channels

Past tense, managed to solve the issue in question, but it's still something I feel should be at the very least reported
