Weapons.meta does not list certain weapons

Trying to adjust the rate of fire aka timebetweenshots for the revolvers, cannot find any of them in weapons.meta. Do DLC or online added weapons need to be manually added to this?. Or are their information stored in a different weapons.meta somewhere else?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just trying to change the time between shots line for the heavy revolver, managing to be harder than I thought.
