LSPDFR Crashes during callouts. I was using 0.4 but it crashed instanty when exepting a call. so i went back to 0.3 and now i can do about 1-2 calls complete before crashing.

I Seemed to fix it my self 

 

Uninstall GTA V Reinstall and  then add LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook and any 0.4 LSPDFR PLUGINS you want

I looked at your log file the only reason game crashed was because of LSPDFR Freezing. Maybe reinstall LSPDFR.  Delete LSPDFR files including Rage plugin Hook see below for GTA V File List for files to keep(this is steam version Screenshot).

 

If this doesn't work fresh install GTA V

No need to do this. Just set PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000.
