Windows Live issue

Featured Replies

Bought GTA4 from Steam. Game seems to work fine, but my problem is that when I tried to log into Windows Live in order to save it kept saying it needed an update and then said it couldn't install the update. I checked for updates but there weren't any. Then I tried to delete my profile and tried to log into Windows Live through the game, but wouldn't recognize my Window Live user ID. Sort of at a loss here. I can't find anthing like this in the support forum at Windows Live. Anybody know what's going on?

Well, I had this issu. First, you need to be at patch 1.0.7.0. If you arent at that, that is the update it wants installed and your computer cannot handle it(I had that issue and found a different computer).

Secondly, I currently have this issue, but, you may not be able to log on. Whenever I try it says that there is an error connecting. So make sure:

1)You are on patch 1.0.7.0

2)Your computer can handle GTAIV Patched.
