RageHook 65 doesn't work

when i ticked the disable directx hook , the command console also will disable , and if i didn't ticked it then the ragehook and gta v doesn't , so what is the solution for this issue ? before,  i played it in the same computer and nothings happen but i uninstall it before 8 months ago and i installed it again , then i faced this issue , if you have any solution please don't hesitate to provide it to me as soon as you can .
