So i wanted to put this question on the support but it asked me a lot of questions and didnt let me. so i guess here is a good place.

Is there a LCFDFR mod out there? if so whats the link.

EDIT: I looked around, there is some sort of fire fighter mod in the make, release date is unknown... from what I can find.

ummm did you make a mistake there Sheppard because Grand Theft Auto V isn't released yet.

All you need is Grand Theft Auto IV, a PC that can run the game (it's a bit obvious XD), and then all you need to do is download the latest LCPD:FR and install it. Then if you have any problems take it to the support forum. :)

Well no you do not need GTA 5. GTA 5 hasn't even been released yet.

What you need is a legit copy of GTA IV = GTA 4. What I mean with legit is that you have bought GTA 4 and not downloaded it from a torrent site. And you need to get it for PC because GTA 4 mods does only work with PC. You need GTA 4 installed and everything before you try to install LCPDFR.
