Whenever I open up rage plugin it loads normally until i get the black screen with the spinning circle on the bottom right. LSPDFR would then crash on the screen or completely crash the whole game. I restarted my pc many times. Turned my anti-virus off. Replaced LSPDFR.dll. Ran as administrator. I did all i can. Although this happens it 99% of the time, very rarely on the 1% it loads up perfectly with all the mods and scripts working just fine with no bugs or crashes. Normal GTA 5 loads up normally. I know it is something to do with the LSPDFR.dll 4.0 (newest version). I also sometimes get an error labelled 'Blocked plugin caused GTA 5 to crash'.

Try the below which is from the common issues thread lcoated here.

 

1. Open the RAGEPluginHook settings menu (hold down SHIFT immediately after clicking RPH)
2. Increase 'Plugin timeout threshold' to a higher value (e.g. 30000)
3. Save and Launch

Still doesnt work
