The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Oh der I misread that part. From what I understand you could use a similar looking vehicle with ELS. Grab the ELS files put it in as PRANGER. Then reskin/add liveries to the existing PRANGER model. I know that I hadn't replaced the FBI car and it had ELS because I had left over a FBI ELS file in the ELS folder by accident. So by that logic you can technically make any car ELS you just need a ELS file for a car with similar light positions.

    Search the vehicles portion of the download section, and filter "ELS" vehicles.  There are a few ELS park ranger trucks that are really nice.

    After searching the first 20 pages I haven't found a single park ranger vehicle.

    I recommend getting a good truck model and just slap a texture on top.

    If you want find a truck model you like make sure it has the template with it and msg me with what  you want maybe a image and ill see if i can make a texture for you.
