I know this has been posted in I don't know how many other places, but none of the posts really answer my question. I watched a video and the guy just said, "go in here and I put half red and half blue..." However, I go in to the ELS file, opened in notepad, and I change half to 1's and half to 0's, I save the file, restart the game, and it doesn't work.

The ELS Activity is set to 1, so it should be active. But is there a step I'm missing or what?

are you trying to change the lightbar color or something else
