Ive tired posting this problem im having on the computer+ file post it self but i havent heard a response yet, hopefully someone sees this had knows how to fix it.

 

so i go on duty and no problem computer+ loads fine

 

BUT when i get in the car to use the computer my courser only goes up 3/4th of the screen

 

this is all random sometimes it works and others times the problem happens

 

ive reset the app

ive restarted my computer

i run it in admin 

 

any help please
