Start from a fresh copy of GTAV that's verified. Keep a copy of the original file to the side somewhere so you don't have to reinstall. Download manual LSPDFR, follow a guide from Albo on how to install, download latest RPH place over provided RPH files from LSPDFR. Plugin timeout 60000, force windowed, force DX11. Anti-virus exceptions. Microsoft redistribute C++ thingys.  If it doesn't work you're not installing it correctly or your PC hates this game for some reason FeelsBadMan

for some reason RAGEHOOK had automatically checked "IGNORE graphics driver" or something... plus Better EMS was also fucking it up but me and TreadRed FINALLY fixed it. thanks tho.

When I moved the mode folder the game works normally even rage works normally but it spits often
