I've redone everything from scratch All files are orginal from new install

since 4 hours ago when you created this? or before?

If before..regardless, something is wrong with your agency file

specifically, the agency_eup file in lspdfr>data>custom

Thanks yes it was an error in my agency xml looks like when I was checking some code I missed a </> error in both my agency xmls thank you
