The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Sounds like you may have installed things incorrectly. Do you have the latest RPH and did you install LSPDFR manually or auto?
Also download and install these in this order to fix uniforms. EUP Menu > LAO > SAR > Jurisdictions XML.

    I installed it manually and i have the latest RPH  65.1237.15477 installed

    Which EUP jurisdiction XML is the best to use i have seen a few on the site? and i already have EUP menu  installed

    thank you for your all your help but i could not find  what was causing it to crash so i started from a clean copy and it works now.
