The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am having an issue with my custom character and EUP spawned characters with black vertical lines showing through the entire body and uniforms.   I have been unable to find any threads on this issue and would appreciate any support that can be offered.

    Try reinstall LSPDFR again with the latest RPH and that's all, repeat this process and tell me if you still have the same bug. Sounds like maybe some files are corrupted or something and your textures are bugged. Make sure you verify GTAV then make a copy of the original folder and put it aside so you don't have to download it every time.
