Blipped Vehicles Won't Pull Over

When I go to pull a traffic stop, the vehicle does not pull over. It blips on the map and will continue driving, if I hit INS then the vehicle will run through red lights and speed up and drive away, without a pursuit status becoming active. The blip goes away after a bit of time and the vehicle never pulls over. This just out of nowhere started happening, no idea why. I've been playing on 0.4 for a while now, with everything working fine, then out of nowhere this started to occur.

    @Reddington I've been using ELS since 0.4 first came out. I upgraded to 0.4.1 and I've been playing on it for a few days, then this all of a sudden happened. I didn't install or change anything between the time it was working to the time it stopped, so I'm thinking something may have corrupt?

     

    My plugin list should be attached as well as my most recent log file, where this issue occurred.

    Do me a favor and double check your ELS INI.  Make sure ELSTrafCTRL is set to false.

     

    I'm not seeing anything in your plugins list that would be c asue for it.

    @Reddington My ELSTrafCTRL was set to true, therefore I set it to false. Launched the game and tried to pull a vehicle over and it's still not working.

     

    Would the Vehicles.Meta or carvariations.meta affect this working or not?

    Actually, I figured it out. My carvariations.meta was messed up, I fixed the file and it's now working.
