  • Create a copy of your original GTA folder so you don't have to install every single time lol. Set the original folder somewhere to the side called "GTAV - OG" or whatever. This will save you years off

So lets re-cap.

All of your files are good in your game folder so I don't think this is a RHP or GTAV issue. It's not malware bytes nor do you have an interfering anti-virus program. I don't see any issues with your other services less the language barrier.

I don't use windows defender. Do you think it could be this? I'd turn it off completely just to check and see if defender is the problem. If it is, we can narrow down exactly what it's doing.

@Officer Rabbit Everything in Dutch in the task manager is all windows stuff so yeah thats it pretty much. And turning off Windows Defender didn't have any effect either. I last played LSPDFR about a year ago without any issue so its really strange to me that this is happening. It doesn't happen with any other programs.

The last thing I can think of is to disable all startup services you really don't need and then restart your computer. It might be a conflict with another program. I'm kind of out of ideas but it definitely appears to be something with your computer.

@Officer Rabbit And the startup services thing didn't do anything either.. Well thanks alot for your time and help, you're the first one who tried with more than one reply haha. I hope i'll find a fix one day or else it might be time one day to replace my computer.

I'll keep looking into it, you definetly provided enough info. Maybe post your RPH crash log or GTAV crash log. Might help but not sure. Sorry I couldn't be more help 😞

Alright so to anyone still reading this, even after rebooting my computer in safe mode and trying to boot my computer with all start up processes killed, still nothing worked. I don't see where the issue could be.
